Establishing a brand within retail
My guest in today’s episode is Jennifer Mo, Managing Director & Founder of Pura Collagen.
I started by asking Jennifer to set the scene by explaining what Pura Collagen does, and for who.
I then worked backwards through the timeline of managing and expanding the stocking of the brand in major retailers, which was preceded by approaching and developing those retailers, which was in turn preceded by developing products and a brand which she could pitch, and so on, back to the start when she identified a real gap in the market across Europe, compared to the market in the US.
Not the usual direction of starting at the very beginning, but I do like to be different!
