Ep 5.3 - Encountering Others - with Lizz's Mom

This week, while Lizz is in Peru on a mission trip, we have the special treat of having Rachael White (Lizz's Mom) join us on the podcast!  Together we discuss how Jesus models for us how to encounter others by meandering through the story of the hemorrhaging woman in Mark 5. 

The woman comes to Jesus desperate for healing after years of pain and no answers. Not only does Jesus offer her healing, he also restores her soul and dignity with tenderness and kindness. May we offer those around us the same gifts.

This is a wonderful discussion between two mothers whose friendship has been woven together by God. Rachael has been an elementary teacher for 30 years and is the mother of 4 amazing children.  She also gives us a great story about how Lizz came into the world!
