Often times we run a lot faster than our souls want to run, which causes us to push away our needs and ignore the ache that we feel. Jesus was doing similar things in our hearts so in this episode, we talk about the ache, how to avoid numbing it, and the importance of carving out time for Jesus (especially in the holiday seasons.)
