If you desire anything to be changed on the outside, you first have to make the change on the inside. There is usually an internal transition that needs to happen before you can have an external impact. Every structure has a blue print and when it is constructed it is strengthened in its core to ensure the building doesn’t cave in on itself. Somehow we forget this when it comes to our own lives. We build the outside strong, sending all the right impressions, expressing what we believe others need or try to keep everyone happy. Great amounts of energy is spent on the external yet quietly and often unnoticed, the inside structure is crumbling, but we don’t have the time to notice. This is the force that habitual behavior can have in our lives.
