What makes this "confession" stand out is that he admits he is no longer human and that his condition gives him a particular appetite. He not only killed these people but swears they all deserved it. Its who his victims were and, more importantly, "how" he has killed him. He admits to not only being a serial killer who hunts evil but that he turns into giant tarantula and devours them! His name is Johnny Eight and this is the beginning of his confession.
