Focus on Women, a platform we created to help support all women in the photography and video arena. From photographers and directors to producers and creative directors, stylists to assistants and more. Our mission is to give women a seat at the table and involve them in community through networking events, workshops, mentoring and mentorship.

Shelly Waldman, is a commercial photographing, educator, and podcast producer, located in London UK and San Francisco. She opened the doors to her photo business in 2009 after spending a decade in finance, and before that pro sports and intramural for a college.

Traci Terrick

Traci Terrick, the founder of Poppy Creative Agency and co-founder of Focus on Women, is our host and interviewer. She's been involved with photography for 20+ years, starting out of college at Willams-Sonoma, then going to Restoration Hardware to create an in-house production team, and became the Creative Director for Gumps. She pivoted from that career into floral design and in 2008, after being asked multiple times by a photographer and good friend to rep him, she opened her artist agency.
