Hiiii girlies! I know this is not our scheduled day for episodes, but it has been pure CHAOS over here. As you know Justin and I are in the process of moving into our new home and trying to get situated which is a lot in and of itself. Throw in having a birthday party for a one year old in the same weekend and I'm sure you can just imagine how all over the place we have been. I do apologize for the late upload, but still wanted to get up something this week for y'all!
Today's episode is all about embracing change and leaning into your new life instead of rejecting or denying it. Change is the one constant thing that can be expected, but a lot of times we are never truly prepared for it. I am sharing with you all my experience with big life changes and how to positively cope with that change. I hope you enjoy!
