Parker is  a consultant based in New York City and focus his work on workforce transformation, wellbeing, mindset and culture. 

He is the Co-Founder of Elevation Nation, on a mission to help young adults conquer the real world through their weekly podcast, social media content and speaking engagements.

In addition to Elevation Nation, Parker is part of EY People Advisory Services in the Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice working with federal, state, and local government organizations’ to improve their people strategy. Beyond client service, he is a member of the EY GPS People Advisory Board working to implement initiatives to make the EY work experience better for employees. 

Sam is the co-founder of Elevation Nation, an organization on a mission to help young adults activate mental fortitude and conquer the real world. He is on a mission to not only help others but figure out the real world for himself as well. 

In addition to his entrepreneurial efforts, he has found his passion for creating and transforming digital experiences for clients around the world as a product manager in EY's USQ Digital Studio. His passions for start-ups, people, and technology merge as he assists clients in rethinking how their customers interact with them on a daily basis.
