MAKE Podcast
The way we grow and produce food is ever-changing, shaped by you - the consumer - and the climate in which we live and farm. Research at all points of our food system is essential for continuously improving food’s journey from farm to table. MAKE - Manitoba Agriculture and Food Knowledge Exchange - podcasts cover timely research innovations and applications that make our food system better than ever. We are plant, animal, soil, food and human nutrition scientists, engineers, entomologists and economists with the University of Manitoba Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, and this is our research.
