Ep.155 | The Car Cast: How Cheat (Treat) Meals Can Actually Help You Stay on Track
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This episode was fully recorded in a car, in dead stop traffic, because we believe in efficiency. This week Nate & Liz discuss how to use a treat meal to your advantage rather than detriment. A well placed treat meal can help you stay focused on long term nutritional success and prevent major backslides to old habits. That being said, different goals require different levels of adherence to your plan. Having some nutrition accountability can really help you stay on track and ensure results, we both offer nutrition accountability if you need a little bit more accountability. Reach out and we would love to help you achieve your goals.
