This week Nate and Liz discuss brain power. No we're not talking about college degrees or doing well in school, we're talking about powerlifting. Though doing well in school is good, today we're talking on how training your mind can result in massive gains on the platform and onto your total. After you build to a certain level of strength, powerlifting becomes almost entirely a mental game. In this episode Nate and Liz breakdown their individual approaches to mentally preparing to lift heavy weights right up to their pre ritual routine.
