Mindful Vibin is hosted by Dr Jennifer Huberty and Coach Douglas White. Jennifer is a fractional Chief Science Officer and founder of Fit Minded LLC (@jenhuberty). Douglas, is a former major league pitching coach and an emotional awareness coach (@douglasbryantwhite). Siblings Dr. Jen and Coach Doug are on their own personal journeys to simplify their process of life. In this podcast they discuss emotional awareness, self-care, and how to live more mindfully.
