Today I'm joined by two experienced coaches; James Parker an ex-army PTI and bootcamp maestro who now owns and operates two facilities in the South East of England, and Josh Bell, a successful online coach who is developing his own rehab programming, and operates the Progress Project.

We discuss motivation, progress goals, the current gym climate, post covid. We also dive into beginners priorities in regard to training and nutrition, training intensity and goal setting to improve consistency.
