Relationships of all kinds require a lot from us and they also fulfil a great deal of us too!. So i think its safe to say they are definitely of great importance and definitely something we should look at being able to navigate in a healthy way. After all as human beings we are designed to be social communal creatures, we are not suppose to do this crazy thing called life alone!
But lets be honest, relationships can be very difficult to navigate while we have so many other complexities going on. In this episode i discuss a whole variety of different relationships and how i feel a disability or illness can play a part in them. I discuss relationships with ourselves, friends, emotions, family, things, siblings, our illness or disability in itself, romantic partners, sex the lot !. Now i tend to view relationships like they are an extension of us, especially ones we have the power over choosing ourselves. I also believe they can often hold the key to revealing a lot about ourselves and where we are currently on our being and becoming disabled journey by looking at them.

If there is anyone who would like any help or advice regarding anything discussed within this episode or would like to share their own personal experience or advice and be involved in the NKD community in anyway.
