Whatever you do in life make sure you show up, you dare to dream & that you actually take your true selves along with you for the ride. In this episode i tackle the very taboo subject of keeping positive and healthy whilst living alongside our complex disabilities and illness. I also address how i handled keeping positive and healthy during a mental breakdown and how i flipped the script and old teachings on this thing called  positivity. To get myself from almost taking my own life to grabbing the reigns and taking charge of it !. I discuss things in this episode like positive self talk, mindfulness, meditation, routines, mindset, the comfort zone, anxiety, the list goes on !. In true Jenny style i do my best to blow up what we all know of positivity and a healthy mindset and instead ask you all to open your minds to new theories regarding keeping positive and healthy that have seem to help and have massive impacts on my life. I was textbook queen of positive and healthy for a decade after becoming disabled and guess where that inevitably lead me... self combusting and erupting in breakdown central. So in this episode i would like to invite you to leave all what you know and have learnt previously regarding keeping positive and healthy at the door while i expose the truths about keeping positive and healthy alongside a disability and illness and share with you all my journey and everything learnt to date.
Biggest bit of advice for you right now regarding this topic ?! never become so hung up on the discoveries of why in life or the portrayal or goal of something in life, that we become blind to all the very real happenings of right now.

If there is anyone who would like any help or advice regarding anything discussed within this episode or would like to share their own personal experience or advice and be involved in the NKD community in anyway. Please do not hesitate to contact myself or others within the community at The Normal Kind of Disabled across all social media platforms or you can email me at thenormalkindofdisabled@outlook.com
