Jessica A.S. Letaw

Jess is an active community organizer and good-trouble maker.  She founded Building Matters Ann Arbor, a nonprofit devoted to local architecture and built environment. Centering beauty, equity, diversity, and sustainability, we create opportunities for everyone in our community to participate in Ann Arbor's architecture through entertainment, education, and advocacy. She is also a board member of Ann Arbor’s Downtown Development Authority; founder and moderator of the advocacy group Ann Arbor Housing For All; an advisory board member of Justice InDeed, documenting and educating around Washtenaw County’s racially restrictive covenants; and a community partner of Black Washtenaw County, documenting and educating around the history of racial and economic segregation and Black leadership in Washtenaw County.

Molly Kleinman

Molly Kleinman serves as the managing director of the Science, Technology, and Public Policy program in the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). Molly brings over a 15 years of experience across several areas of higher education, with much of her work centering on educational technology, access to information, and intellectual property. Molly received her PhD in higher education policy from the University of Michigan Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education, her MS in information from the University of Michigan School of Information, and her BA in English and gender studies from Bryn Mawr College.
