Failing part 2 Be afraid to be remain the same

Sally

We thought the topic of failure was such an important one we should talk about it again, and you can listen as we get REALLY REALLY excited! It's funny because when we have these conversations they aren't planned or rehearsed, and each one changes us, so sometimes, after the fact we find we have more to say.

The thing is, when it comes to improving your health, fitness, your well being, there is no failing, only not doing. And if you're not doing, then you'll remain the same. And isn't that the same as failing? If you're trying to make changes in your life, to improve your health, fitness and well being you can't really fail so we want you to not be afraid of failing, but to be afraid of staying the same. There is so much success to be had during the process, throughout your journey that to not start IS a fail.

We're encouraging women to step away from the scales, to focus on their health, their wellbeing, other ways of measuring themselves that mean they can make real progress, and only make each change once. Once you really feel (and understand) how great it feels, there's no going back.

We hope you enjoy this one, because we really did. We record these first thing on a  Monday morning and this one really set us up for the week!
