The Power of 30
Treat your mental and physical health as one!
Apr 14, 2021 Season 1 Episode 14
Sally

This week your Curves Coaches get into the difference between mental and physical health, or rather, the fact that we need to treat them as one. While the symptoms of each may vary, they have a huge impact on each other with linked risk factors. We want to start leading with the benefits of exercise on your mental health because you will notice those almost immediately, giving you the encouragement and motivation to carry on until you notice the physical benefits which tend to take a bit longer.

We get into the fact that weight is not to blame for every health issue, and what an impact your mental health can have on your weight. This one is complex and we only scratch the surface but our passion for health and wellbeing really comes through and hopefully will encourage more and more to increase their physical activity so that they can feel better every day.
