MotherSpeak with Carina Devi

MotherSpeak is about rising higher through motherhood. We view mothering as a spiritual path, ripe with opportunities for growth, transformation, and healing.

We venture into the heart, psyche, and spirit; into the archetypal, the ancestral, and the spiritual. We mine the gems from our experiences, turn our challenges and pain into wisdom, and connect to the heart of this wild journey we’re on.

Through storytelling, compassion, nervous system regulation,  and embodiment, Motherspeak aims to give voice to mothers’ innermost experiences and provide framing, resources, and support so that we can be proud of how we show up to our children and to the world.

Your host Carina Devi is a doula, childbirth educator, prenatal & postpartum yoga teacher, and mother to a 7-year old with another on the way. She co-founded the Mindful Mamas app, teaches trauma-informed mindfulness at EOU, and is a 3/5 Reflector.
