Birdwatching for wellbeing with Mina
I'm flying solo (no pun intended!) this week and talking about one of my favourite pastimes - birdwatching. I share my research into the origin of birdwatching and man's fascination with birds that goes back thousands of years. I also share my most interesting bird spots to date. My conclusion? Put a bird feeder in your garden, invest in a pair of binoculars, watch and enjoy!
