Patti Johnson founded PeopleResults, a successful change & learning consulting firm. In the past 18 years, she and her team worked with some of the most successful companies in the world. She is now an Executive Advisor after a recent acquisition. Patti is the author of the best-selling book Make Waves: Be the One to Start Change at Work and in Life, which will be released in a second edition in September 2024. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Pariveda Solutions. Previously, Patti was a Senior Executive at Accenture, is adjunct Faculty at SMU on the Forbes Business Council.
