Aarati Subramaniam

Aarati Subramaniam is a mediator with JordanADR and a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She believes her background as a first-generation American, her years of practice, and her commitment to alternative dispute resolution bring a unique perspective to the mediation process.


For over fifteen years, she has been practicing workers' compensation litigation at a large Atlanta-based law firm, and has represented clients at all levels of appeal. Prior to that, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Neal W. Dickert and the Honorable James G. Blanchard in the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Georgia.


She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Smith College, and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she received an award for Best Speaker during the Appellate Argument competition, as well as a full scholarship.

Taylor Poncz

Taylor Poncz has been litigating cases for over a decade and focuses her practice exclusively in the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims for employers, insurers and self-insurers throughout the state of Georgia.


Taylor is a trained Mediator. For many years, she has also been an active member of a leading international defense organization, Defense Research Institute, where she has served in various leadership positions for the Women in the Law Committee.


Taylor’s philosophy is, and has always been, about communication, collaboration with clients and closing cases efficiently and expeditiously. Most recently, she and some fellow mom lawyers at the firm started a Podcast called The Mother Board, which focuses on the challenges and issues female lawyers face when taking an active role in their families while taking charge of their careers.

Whitney Lay Greene

Whitney Lay Greene is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney, practicing throughout the state of Georgia. She handles a broad spectrum of matters in the fields of commercial transportation, ride-share/gig economy liability, premises liability, and product liability. Whitney handles cases from pre-suit through resolution, including trials and appeals. She assists with response to pre-suit preservation letters and routinely performs emergency response and on-scene investigation services in the wake of catastrophic events to preserve her client’s interests and minimize exposure.
