Mind Kind is a podcast to support resilience in mental health. In the first series, Dr Joanna North answers questions sent in by parents under a variety of topics, based on her book 'Mind Kind – Your Child's Mental Health'. In the second series she discusses the impact of adoption and addresses some of the challenges faced by both adopted adults and relatives affected by adoption.
