Welcome to another Yeah Nah episode. This topic is a challenging one. It is not as simply as some of the other Yeah Nah episodes. This is not something you can throw in the bin, reject or turn away from so easily. Yet, this topic is one of great importance. It is something each of us will have a journey with at some point. With increased awareness, tools and support, we can heal our negative self talk.
There are many things, products, activities, thoughts and pressures (etc) society places on us that I will be firmly saying NO to and these 'yeah nah' episodes are here to help you stay aware, informed and conscious enough to make choices you will be proud of.
