Working with the speciality solutions firm, Spurt!, as Lead Strategist, she engages with startups and SMEs operating in sub-Saharan Africa to provide strategic business advisory, research intelligence and data-driven operations optimization. As a seasoned researcher and operations specialist, she brings a consistent research-driven and evidence-based approach to her practice. 

Kristin holds an MSc from the University of Oxford and a PhD from Stanford University. She also holds a BA from Princeton University. She is a polyglot who spends her free time experimenting with agile project management methodologies.
