I'm Santos Picacio, and I've spent the past 30 years leading men and women in one capacity or another. I'm a retired military officer from South Texas, and I've since settled in the Texas Hill Country.
I started this podcast because too many organizations promote new leaders and expect them to lead, without ever showing them how. My goal is to fill that gap by teaching, coaching, and mentoring junior and senior leaders across all kinds of organizations, right from wherever they're listening.
This show is a conversation, not a lecture. Ask me questions, leave comments (the good and the bad), and send in topics you'd like me to cover. Leadership is a two-way learning model, and collaborating with listeners, peers, and senior leaders has taught me more than I could have imagined.
