Hi there

In this week’s episode we look at a hugely important situation which is brewing for the month of June 2024, when staff at Virgin Atlantic who believe they were unfairly targeted for redundancy due to their age and experience – will begin having their cases heard in Employment Tribunals. 

The importance of these cases cannot be understated because the cases lead the way for other cases to follow, which focus on covid related decisions taken by employers, that affected the employment status and righs of thousands of employees.
