Ashish is a founder and CEO, entrepreneur, triathlete, and host of the Rich Equation Podcast with an academic foundation in finance and accounting from Boston University.

He is a proud member of Vistage, an executive coaching organization, since 2014, and through his experience has seen inside 100s of companies. He is a dedicated and loving husband and a papa to two high-spirited girls.

By age 24, he became the CEO of a global furniture distribution company and scaled his business over the last decade from scratch to the second-largest business in the category. He is a servant leader and student of continuous learning and is motivated to create as much impact while he is on this planet.
