Justine Ayala is a dancer/personal-trainer/health coach in NYC. This podcast will focus on how to sustain the health of your body while focusing on your fitness. Each week I will speak with female identifying health and fitness professionals, predominantly but not exclusively members of the BiPoc community , about how they care for their body both externally and internally pre & post workout.We will learn together about the different views on health and fitness that will hopefully help us to take a look at our own routines and evaluate whether we are doing what is best for our bodies.
