Linda is Zimbabwean born, lived in South Africa and is now based in Japan. She started running to deal with a life change, from road races and marathons she transitioned into trail runnning and ultra marathons. Linda loves spending time out doors and making human connection. This podcast is a combination of running and storytelling. Her hope is that from hearing other people's stories listeners can get encouragement.
