Speaker 1:

Hey there and welcome to the Girl Means Business podcast, the show where we're all about helping you feel confident both as a mom and a business owner. I'm your host, kendra Swalls, mom of two, former teacher and full-time photographer and business coach. Each week, we'll discuss the challenges, success and secrets that make you say I can do this, because you absolutely can. So pop in those earbuds, grab your favorite snack and let's dive in, because this girl means business. Hello there and welcome to the Girl Means Business podcast.

Speaker 1:

This week's episode is all about the money, honey. We are talking about money and finances and just mostly the relationship that we have with money, and this week's special guest is Hannah Beer. She is a money coach for women. She helps women to really connect with what it is that they have limiting beliefs around, what are their blocks around money and just how to get comfortable with money and the finances within our business and our lives, so that it's not something that guides and dictates everything in our lives, which a lot of us I know, myself included, and I talk a little bit about this in my conversation with her.

Speaker 1:

A lot of times, money becomes sort of the source of everything.

Speaker 1:

It's constantly on our minds. It's constantly whether it's how much money am I making, how much money am I spending we talk about how much other people make or how much they're spending or not spending or not making, or whatever. It becomes this piece of like constantly, this window, this tab that's open in our brain at all times, and what Hannah does with her clients and what she talks about in this episode is how to break free from that, how to release all of that control that money has on us, so that money can just kind of flow freely into our lives and it just becomes sort of this piece of our life that we just sort of ride around with. It's not something that is controlling with. It's not something that is controlling us, it's not something that we are constantly worried about or thinking about. It's just sort of like that companion that's riding along with us through life but it doesn't have control of anything. And so that is what we're talking about today is just how to find that balance, that peace, that harmony with money, and Hannah does a great job of that.

Speaker 1:

So I cannot wait for you to dive into this conversation and take a listen. Hannah. Hi, welcome to the Girl Means Business podcast. I'm so excited to have you here.

Speaker 2:

Hi, kendra, I've been looking forward to this all day.

Speaker 1:

Awesome. Well, I cannot wait to jump into our conversation. Before we get in, before we get started on our conversation, our topic of choice today I would love for you to share a little bit about who you are, what it is that you do and kind of the cliff notes version of your story of how you got to where you are today.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely. My name is Hannah. I'm a money coach. I wrote a book called wealth from within and I'm known as the founder of Money Bliss.

Speaker 2:

I started out in fashion. I went to school to study international fashion management. I always knew I wanted to own my own business, but then life took me down a very unexpected path. When I found myself struggling with CPTSD, anxiety and depression. I needed to just take a break from all of my plans to just focus on some emotional healing, and then that worked so well for me that I started to get questions from my friends and family on what I was doing and before I knew it I was running my first business as an emotional healing coach. I did that for many, many, many years and then I stumbled down a new path yet again when that business was doing very well financially and my clients started asking me questions about money.

Speaker 2:

So I kind of like stumbled my way through life and I was kind of led onto this path of teaching my own approach to money that I call money bliss, my own approach to money that I call money bliss. It's about having lots of money, being really free and relaxed with money, making money blissfully, and my happiest outcome is always when my clients come to me and they'll say I'm not even thinking about money, much Like I haven't thought about money in a couple of weeks. That's always my favorite outcome because I know so many of us. We're working on our financial goals and money is always in the forefront of our mind, and the thing that I love so much about my relationship with money today is that it's so easy. It's just happening in the background of my life and I can focus on more important and more interesting things than my finances.

Speaker 1:

I love that Well, and I think it's so interesting this is why I like asking this question at the beginning of my interviews is kind of tell me your story, because I think a lot of times we assume that people landed where they landed as a like this is the first place they landed, or like this was their ultimate place.

Speaker 1:

And it's so interesting because my story is the same way of just following this kind of winding path of where things take you, and following not only like what you're led by passionately and what you're good at, but also kind of where you see opportunities or where people are coming to you for things. So in your case, like money was not always the first track, but it's where you ended up because it's something that you're good at and that people come to you for. And I'm always encouraging my listeners to listen to that, listen to what people are asking you questions about, because you never know where that could take you or where that might be an opportunity for you to develop something in that area. So it's really cool to hear your story. That that's how it kind of developed for you as well.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely. I love. I love that you want to touch on this, because one of the big obstacles for me was thinking that I had so many blocks. Like who am I to teach on this right? So at first, when I was an emotional healing coach, I thought to myself well, how can somebody who struggled with depression and had an anxiety disorder and had really severe CP, dids D symptoms, honestly, why are they coming to me, asking me all of those questions and so? And so, don't be, don't be discouraged by the fact that the very thing that you're meant to teach on might be the very thing that has been a really big challenge for you in the past.

Speaker 2:

And so both the emotional healing business really took off because I just needed to fix those issues in my life first, you know, and then the financial piece. I needed to get that in order, and it really felt like I had all the money blocks and all the success blocks and all the fears and all the confidence wobbles, and so I needed to work through that on my own, and then, as a result of having mastered that area of my life, people naturally, you know, came my way. So another question, you know, the person listening can ponder is what is a big construction site in my life that I have mastered, or what is a construction site in my life that I'm currently in the process of mastering, and wouldn't it be fun to master it to the extent that you can teach other people to create flow in that area of their lives as well?

Speaker 1:

And that's so cool. You call it a construction, so I think that's so smart. It's not like necessarily even like talking about it like a struggle or something you've you've struggled with, but it's something you've been working on in yourself, you know to to fix or to make better or to repair, and I love that analogy of that. I also was thinking as you were talking and I promise we'll get to the money stuff but I love the idea too that you focus on things that you also dealt with in your life, because that is so key.

Speaker 1:

I listened to a podcast and the host talks a lot about the fact that he's like I don't bring guests on here to talk about how easy their life has been.

Speaker 1:

Like there's no benefit in it for people If, if someone comes onto the show and goes oh yeah, I've always been really good with money and I've never struggled with money and I've always had this great relationship with money and now I teach other people how to do that. Well, that doesn't make sense to people listening, cause they're like well, how am I supposed to relate to someone who it comes easily to when it doesn't come easy for me, and I've had all these struggles? They're not going to understand that. So, learning from someone and their struggles, learning from someone who can share like yeah, this is what I went through to get to where I am today I didn't start here, I had to work to get here that has so much more power behind it and I think a lot of times we forget, like you were saying, like what are those areas that are under construction in your life? Because those can be the ones that you have the most information and most knowledge to share with someone else. So leaning into that is really, really powerful.

Speaker 2:

I love that Kendra.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, okay, so let's dive into talking about money. So you sent me a copy of your book and I have been reading, working my way reading through it. There's so much in here that I love, and so I'm going to kind of just start from the beginning, and you mentioned this in your introduction. Also you talk about in the book is just how money has become this thing.

Speaker 1:

That is not really something you think about. It's more like it just runs in the background of your life and your business, and there's so many people and I will admit, myself included where that's not our relationship with money. It's more like money is what we wake up thinking about or it's what controls a big part of our lives, and so I would love to hear a little bit about like. Obviously it's a big story of how you got there. That's kind of what your book is about. But let's start with the first part of the emotion that we attach to money and this is kind of something you talk about in the very beginning of your book is like why do we give money so much power when it comes to like tying it to these personal emotions, when it's really just an object ultimately?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I just. It's so fascinating to me this whole topic of why all of us are so messed up when it comes to money. You know, that's what I discovered because I didn't grow up wealthy. You know, both sides of my family grew up very poor. My grandparents on my mom's side were child refugees during World War II, and then, on my dad's side, my family also grew up incredibly poor. Many of them joined the army because there was, it seemed, like they didn't have any many other options, and so I I for a long time had the assumption of like more money would fix it and that wealthy people don't have money issues.

Speaker 2:

And then, as my my money business started growing, more and more of my clients came to me who were already, you know, making a really great income and they already had family wealth and they had the spouse who had a really good career, thriving business, and yet they still had a very complicated relationship with money. And that expanded my worldview and I thought to myself crap, like pretty much everyone has got some serious stuff with money, and it's exactly what you're saying is that we have so many complicated emotions attached to something that, in essence, is just math, it's just numbers. But why does it make us feel all the things all the time and have us on this incredible roller coaster? And I actually had a key moment when I was little where I I began to see a vision of what I wanted to create, because growing up, my mom was it really felt like money, was always the decision maker, where money was the reason why she had to go to work and we couldn't spend time together and we couldn't buy this and we couldn't do that. So money was always the reason why we can't or why we have to, and everything in life was decided by money.

Speaker 2:

I want to, at some point in my life, when I'm a grownup, I want to have my money set up in a way where I can make decisions based on soul, not money, where it's not money that decides how my life is going, but where I get to make the choice that is right, where I get to be congruent with what I feel is the best course of action. And so, to this day, this idea still like fascinates me, because so many of us go through life with this assumption that more money would fix everything. We just have to make more money, be wealthier, be richer. But, like I said, you know, of course I help my clients make a lot more money, and what I also find very important is to come to a place of harmony with money, to a place of bliss with money, to a place of where money feels really peaceful, you know, and and I find that that's so important because otherwise we just stay on this hamster wheel of feeling like, even when it's enough, it never feels like enough.

Speaker 2:

You know, some of my clients make millions and they're still like but is it enough? Is it enough? And that's a very stressful way to live. And so that's why my work is called money bliss, because we help you make a lot of money, but in a really blissful, peaceful kind of way.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean, it's like that idea of like, the more money you make, the goalposts just keeps moving. Like you think you're going to get to a certain point and you're gonna be like, oh no, this is comfortable, this is perfect, this is ready to be. But then it's like now you're around people who are making more money. It's like you're always comparing yourself to other people and what they're making or what they're spending their money on. It's like goalpost keeps moving. Which is why I loved when you talk in the book, too, about your soul number. I think that's what you called it.

Speaker 1:

Um, yeah, your soul money numbers and the idea that, like, it's not going to look the same for everybody. Obviously we all live in very different places and lifestyles and all the things. But talk a little bit about what that soul money number means, because I think that that was something that when I was reading through your book, I was like, oh okay. You know those metaphorical like light bulb moments where, like, the light bulb comes on over the character's head or the sun beams through the window, just right, and you're like, oh okay, now this all makes sense.

Speaker 1:

I think a lot of us think that we have this idea of like oh, I need to be making X amount, whatever that amount is and honestly, a lot of it comes from, I think, social media, where you see these people who are like you have to be making six figures, or how to make multiple six figures or seven figures, like there's always this idea that it has to be this certain thing in order to define success in your life or your business. So tell us a little bit about what your sole money number means and how that changes how we look at what the, what the number is that we need for us to feel successful.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so I've been moving around. I've lived in many different countries and a couple of years ago I was living in Amsterdam and I had this aha where I thought about my money and just this one number kept popping into my head. And I was still a baby entrepreneur and at the time it kept popping into my head that 6,200 euros per month would be an amazing income number for me to achieve. And it was just in meditation that number kept popping in. And when I felt into that number like my entire body relaxed and filled with sunshine at the same time and it's exactly what you said Like somebody would look at this number and feel like that's a lot of money. Somebody would look at this number and be like that is nothing at all. But that was kind of my little beginner income number that I started working with. And I also received the number 17,500 in savings. Like over and over, this number popped into my mind and I started working with those numbers and I started doing some energy work on them and soon enough my savings grew to 70,500. And for I think two years in a row, my average income was 6,200 euros, not 6,100, not 6,300. It was that exact number. And as soon as I hit those income numbers, it was like the greatest sense of relief washed through my body. They were just magical numbers and somehow, you know, my entire energy changed in that moment. It was a really transcendental experience for me. I realized that if I could make that amount of money, I could do it over and over and over again.

Speaker 2:

And so I worked as an energy healer for a long time doing emotional healing, and in those sessions with my clients I started reading their energy fields and I started thinking, you know, if I had this like amazing spiritual release around these numbers, does everybody have soul money numbers? And so I started reading my clients and started getting numbers of like 30,500 for one client and the other client, you know, the savings number was 2225,000. And so I kept, I was telling my clients their soul money numbers and they've manifested really quickly and it was just so fascinating to me that they were almost like portals, like doors that were already have open. That was really easy for my clients to walk through. And so now when I work with my clients, I love helping people discover their money, soul money numbers, because they're usually really easy upgrades that are already almost within reach and they hold amazing emotional healing possibilities when we when we reach them.

Speaker 1:

I love this idea and I I related a lot to the idea of, um, you know, talking about, like women with their weight, and the fact that, like, we all have this number that we're like, oh, we're trying to get to. If you're trying to lose weight or build muscle or whatever, you have a number in your brain. You're like, if I just get to this number, I'll feel like I'm healthy or I'm thinner, or if I get to this size. And that's going to look different for everybody though, because, like for me, I'm five, nine, like I'm not going to weigh the same or dress in the same sizes as someone who's five, two, but those numbers are going to be what's comfortable for your body, what's comfortable for you as a person, and so the same.

Speaker 1:

When I was reading the part about the soul, my numbers was like oh, that's the same. When it comes to this money, stuff, it's like what works for you is not going to be the same as what works for me is not going to be the same as what works for me. It's not going to be the same as my friend down the street or, you know, my neighbor. It's going to be different for each person. So how do we go about really listening for or learning about, like what is our sole money number for us? Like how do we figure that out for ourselves?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, An easy thing that you know anybody listening can do right now is you just take a piece of paper and we can play with your income number first. So just write down random income numbers. For me I wrote down 7,000, 10,000, 20,000, 25,000, 12,500. Random numbers make them way lower than you think they should be, way higher than they think they should be. And also listen to any weird numbers Like why did it have to be 6,200?

Speaker 2:

I'm an energy healer, so I see energy as colors, and six is a bright blue and two is a bright yellow and zero. Zero is just really like amplifying, and so to me, energetically it looks stunning. Like 6,200 is a lot easier to manifest than say 3,800, which is like red and brown and like kind of murky and heavy. And so just write down a bunch of different numbers and then see you know when, when one of your soul money numbers is on the paper, you're going to keep looking at it. It's going to feel like sunshine, it's going to make you smile and laugh, it's going to feel expansive, it's going to feel so amazing.

Speaker 2:

And then I want you to think of your sole money number. It's like the cruising altitude of your financial airplane. So currently in the financial world, it seems as though, you know, we're kind of like in space travel, right, Like our financial numbers need to be going higher and higher and higher and higher and higher. You know, there's like we're going into superlatives at this point, right, Like even billionaires. They will feel poor compared to somebody else. But the thing that I love to teach is your money. So money numbers is like a cruising altitude of an airplane. An airplane doesn't just go higher and higher and higher and higher in order to get to their happy destination. It goes up, stays at its cruising altitude, you know, flies at that altitude for some time and then goes down and then it has arrived in their you know happy place. And so you can do the same with your income.

Speaker 2:

So for me, I stayed at six thousand two hundred because that was so easy for me to make. I was just, it fell into my lap, that was so easy for me, and I stayed there for a while and I made a really great profit with that money. And I, you know, I, I think I grew my savings to six figures for the first time, you know, using only those income numbers, because that was a very fruitful cruising altitude for me. So when you do get your sole money number, your mind might say this is too high, this is too low.

Speaker 2:

But think of it as like a portal. Think of it as a really magical door that is already halfway open for you. That will be really easy for you to walk through and that's going to still help you build wealth and compound over time, even though for some people it might be a little lower than what they had been aiming for. But over time it will really compound and make a big difference, because we don't want you to just have a really crazy income. Who are we trying to impress? It's like that saying. What's the saying? It's like income is vanity, profit is sanity and cash is king.

Speaker 2:

So, don't forget that Cash is king. In the end, we want you to have money in your bank accounts, and so your income is one of the assets we use to build that wealth. But in order to get you to your happy cruising altitude, we need to find that soul money number first, and your body will tell you when it's on that paper and you look down at it.

Speaker 1:

So I want to talk really quickly about kind of the mindset around this, because I love what you're saying and I think it makes a ton of sense. But I do know there's a lot of people listening and I can say I've done this myself and I struggle with this sometimes too. It's that idea of either a you kind of play it too small Cause you're like, okay, well, you know, I don't know, like 6,200 seems like way more than I'm already making, or it just seems really high. So I'm just going to play it small and I'm going to maybe go half that, let's say like 3,100. But then you kind of get stuck in this idea of like, okay, I'm just going to keep playing it small because the other number seems too big and scary and I don't know how I'm going to ever get there.

Speaker 1:

Or you have the idea too of like there are people who just have negative energy around money and I feel like that that's a hard thing to get out of too. So can we kind of touch on those things? As far as like, how do you push yourself to really believe in the number that is your sole money number, even though it might feel scary? And then how do we get ourselves out of this sort of negative cycle we can have when it comes to our finances and the way we think about our finances?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I love that question. So your sole money number will always be the easiest number to implement. Next, it will always be easier, like I said, for me it was easier to make 6,200 than 3,800. You know, for you, kendra, your sole money number, you know, is also a really like I'm just I keep getting it, you know, if you want, I can tell you after.

Speaker 2:

Sure go for it, yeah, After yeah, but yeah, yours is also really like it's just around the corner, it's just, it's just a tiny shift away. And so finding your sole money number is one part of the equation. And then we often need additional things. We need to find there's a sole money number that is your perfect offer pricing. There's a sole money number that is your perfect client number.

Speaker 2:

The other thing that I discovered is that each business is like a flower or is like a plant in nature. An oak tree will grow really tall, whereas a tulip will be kind of small. Does that mean that the oak tree is better than the tulip? And so, with our businesses, we often feel like bigger is better, bigger is better. And I'm like in nature. We would never assume something so crazy.

Speaker 2:

Some businesses are happiest when they have five clients. Some businesses are happiest my business is always happiest between they have five clients and businesses are happiest, you know, my business is always happiest between, like you know, 25 and 35 clients. You know, that's just where my business is happiest, and anything beyond that. You know, I usually start new businesses or new ventures, you know. And so every business also has, like, its happy size and its happy number of clients and its happy income number and its happy offering number.

Speaker 2:

And so if you look at your sole money number and you're like, but how great, that is the next question to answer. You know, and so you need to download your easy yes offer. You know that's the sole. So just as there's a sole income number, there's a sole offering for your business that is so easy to sell that everybody says yes to really easily, that your clients love enrolling in, where there's no tap dancing needed. No, you know turning yourself upside down and doing like fancy acrobatics to get people to sign up. So we want you to find your easiest offer, your perfect name, your perfect pricing, your perfect messaging, and then once all of that feels just as sunshiny and expansive and fun and giggly and easy, you know, then then your perfect income number will come in quite easily. But it is reasonable. You know, after you found your, your, your sole money number, that you might have more questions and that more steps will need to be addressed questions and that more steps will need to be addressed.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I like that. Okay, so I like the fact that we need to lean into what feels easy, what feels I mean comfortable seems like not the right word but what feels like a good place for us. I like what you said about even knowing your capacity and what you're, what's like the comfortable number for your clients or for what you can take on. I work a lot with photographers and I feel like they're always like I just need one more client, I just need more people to book my sessions, more people to do this. And I asked them like okay, let's walk through what that would look like for you.

Speaker 1:

If you actually did like double how many clients you were booking this month, that would mean you're doubling your editing time. That would mean you're doubling all these other things. Can you take that on and feel at peace with it? If not, if it's going to overwhelm me, if it's going to stress you out, then that's not the right amount of clients for you and I think we over think it too much. We go like again, like you said, we just want to feel like we need more and more and more and more, when really, we just need to get good at what we're doing and get to where we feel like we're in harmony with that. Is that what you're saying? Am I hearing that right?

Speaker 2:

yes, and then, even in that place, I found so many of the things that I've discovered with money that really blew my mind and heart wide open are paradoxes, and one of those paradoxes that I discovered is that contentment creates even more abundance. And so when we come to this place, where it just clicks, where you've got the perfect amount of clients and the perfect offering number and the perfect everything you know, I discovered that my profits just were so expansive and my investments were growing like crazy. And so so often we set, so often we stay in this energy of it's not enough, need more, it's not enough, need more, it's not enough, need more because we think that that's what's actually going to get us more. But if that were working, you know we wouldn't be here having this conversation, kendra, and you know people wouldn't be listening to this Right. So this approach clearly isn't working, and the thing that I discovered instead is that a sense of contentment and feeling overflow and gratitude and just feeling really blissed out and happy with how your money is flowing paradoxically creates a lot more than being in the space of wanting more. It's not enough, and I know hardly anybody who is not in the space of wanting more, it's not enough, and I know hardly anybody who is not in the space of wanting more. It's not enough. But, energetically speaking, it really creates this space inside of you that vibrates with the energy of lack, and so this is why the constant yearning and grasping and wanting just isn't working. And so I know that the mind is often quite confused about that.

Speaker 2:

But just on a practical sense you know anybody listening I invite you to try the other approach, because the more content you feel and the less you feel you have to. So I'm really in a place where I don't have to work. If I don't want to, you know I don't I could just take the next 10 years off and just relax and travel and do whatever I would like. Um, and I've discovered that the less I have to work and the less I need money, the more I'm excited to work and the more I make even more money. And so wouldn't it be nice to shift you into that place where you're so content and overflowing with what is that? Paradoxically, that's what creates more money, but it's not the constant feeling that you're not enough, your business is enough, your clients aren't enough, and you go on social media and they're making gazillions and so you should be ashamed because you're not there. You know like what, if we moved you from that place into a different place?

Speaker 1:

that is actually a lot more fruitful yeah, yeah and I find this to be true for myself Like when I feel myself really holding onto something or like really worrying about something, like if I'm in a place where I'm like I can really stress that like okay, we have all these things coming up, it's going into summertime, my kids are going to have all these camps and sports activities and vacations, and like money, money, like I start finding myself getting really worried about it. That's when everything becomes more difficult, it feels. It's those times when I I do feel like I can let this go, like I know it will come back. I know that if I dip into my savings to pay for this vacation, we've been planning for years that that money will return. Like I can, I feel like a weightlifting off my shoulders about it when I do allow myself to not worry.

Speaker 1:

And those are the times when, like you said before that, how things just kind of come easy, like when I feel myself not letting money control my mindset and my day. That's when I booked the next client. That's when, like, the next offer idea comes to me and it seems so perfect and easy, like, but it's when I book the next client, that's when, like, the next offer idea comes to me and it seems so perfect and easy Like. But it's when I feel like I have this like death grip on my finances that everything becomes more difficult. When I let go and release that grip, everything becomes easier and things start to flow in a little bit faster. So there is something to be said about, like, the way that we emotionally feel about our finances. It makes a big difference in how things flow into our finances.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely, and I also know that it's not always so easy to make that shift. I remember when I was working on my money, abundance consciousness was all the rage and it was like you have to feel abundant and make yourself feel abundant. And there I was with my bank, empty bank accounts and up at night wondering how am I going to make rent? And terrified of the future and not being sure whether I have what it takes to be a business owner. And I was just like. I, just I. Honestly, I don't know how to shift myself Like. I don't like. Am I delusional? To just make like? I can't make myself feel any different? That's how I felt at the time, and so for anybody who feels similarly, who's like you know wow, kendra, that sounds amazing.

Speaker 2:

I would love to just be relaxed and feel abundant and trust. And you know, for anybody like that, what really helped me was to develop an energetic hygiene routine that I do every single day. So, just as you're taking a shower every single day to wash away the dirt from your day, ideally you would be taking a shower every single day for your insides and washing away any fears, any worries, any heartbreaks, any disappointments, any confusion, any negative messages that you took on through your day, anything that didn't work all the way, any old emotions that bubble to the surface, any trauma that's currently processing in your body, and you would just allow a beautiful stream of cleansing light to flow through your body and to just clear it all out. And so I started this many, many, many, many, many years ago, and whenever I do this, it really feels like an inner shower and I feel so clean and so clear and so bright and so fresh and so happy and vibrant and excited again.

Speaker 2:

That has. It is a very big part of my work to teach my clients to continuously clear themselves out and come to a place of bliss again. So anybody who's like oh my God, how am I even going to help myself? You know, shift into a better place. You have probably accumulated decades, if not generations, worth of emotional baggage, and that's what you're carrying around with yourself. Imagine if you had never showered a day in your life how stinking and how dirty. You would be right.

Speaker 2:

And so it's just so fascinating to me that you know we expect ourselves to feel good when life is, you know, hard at times and we've had some very difficult things happen and I know we try to talk about, we try to journal it out, but I've found that the best way is to just really, you know, take a deep, deep, inner cleansing shower every single day. And when I do that, it's really easy for me to. I naturally feel happy, I naturally feel excited. I naturally want to get to know people and leave my house. I'm very introverted, but when I feel happy, I love getting to know new people.

Speaker 2:

I love writing blogs for my business, I love marketing, I love connecting with new people, I love dreaming up new ideas and new visions for my business and I'm so prolific, I'm so energetic, I'm like an energizer bunny jumping up and down, and that is after years of, you know, feeling so exhausted I couldn't leave my bed. So anybody who feels that that is true for you, where you do feel heavy and weighed down at times, like the start cloud is chasing you around you might want to consider adding in a practice like this into your everyday life to start to clear the emotional baggage which will also it also clears your money and success blocks at the same time, as well as any ancestral money patterns that you're carrying around with yourself, just so that you can have a fresh start with money and really have your money flow the way that it works for you, not the way it does for Kendra, not the way it does for me, but the way you know your own ideal financial reality. Whatever that is for you, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Oh my gosh. So so much good information here. Hannah, this has been such an amazing conversation. I know that there's so much more in your book that I could go into, but I want people to go and read it for themselves. I would love to have you back on in the future to talk more about some. I know there's a lot of conversation in your book about, like, just the things, the items, the stuff we bring into our world. I think that's such a huge piece too, but tell everybody where they can find your book, where they can read it, where they can get in touch with you or how they can find out more about working with you absolutely.

Speaker 2:

My book is called wealth from within. You can find it on amazon. You can also find it on my website, hannahbeercom. That's h-a-n-n-a-b-i-e-rcom, and you're also welcome to say hi on instagram and my handle is hannah money bliss awesome.

Speaker 1:

Well, I'll have all that link down in the show. Y'all can go grab that really quickly and easily and I appreciate you taking your time. Thank you so much for chatting with us today and sharing such amazing insights. I've had a lot of people that come on and talk about kind of the nitty gritty of finances, how to organize this or how to use a spreadsheet for this but I think our conversation today around sort of the emotional piece of it, the mindset piece of it, just the way that we can energetically interact with our money is such a piece that is missing from a lot of those conversations. So thank you so much for being here and being open and sharing all your thoughts. We really appreciate it. Thanks so much for having me.
