Bethany began in the dental industry as a mere tot – helping her dad run his family-owned general dentistry practice, performing almost all the duties, from marketing and business strategy, down to waxing the floors. After receiving a Masters in Health Communication and a Masters in Adult Education, Bethany felt equipped and ready to launch her consulting business in 2010. After now 25 years working in the dental field, 12 of those years in consulting, Bethany has a wide range of experiences with all dental specialties. Her passion is to restore joy and peace to practice owners and to collaborate with dental team members to ensure that everyone can practice happy. In an effort to expand her reach and support more dentists in the wake of the COVID crisis, Bethany teamed up with a colleague and friend, Dr. Reena Kuba, and launched Managing Dental Drama podcast. Each week, Bethany and Dr. Kuba discuss relevant topics related to practice management and draw from real issues. 

Dr. Kuba is a board-certified pediatric dentist. She has been a consultant to the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry since 2010 as an oral board examiner and a member of their Oral Examination Committee since 2012. She was an adjunct then volunteer professor in the department of pediatric dentistry at Texas A&M College of Dentistry for ten years. In 2016 she was selected to serve on The Blue-Ribbon Panel for the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Currently, Dr. Kuba is serving her second term in a governor appointed position on the Dental Review Committee for the TSBDE. She consults for Biolase and is an active member in organized dentistry and runs her small busy practice. Passionate about supporting other practice owners and dentists, she carves out time each week to co-host Managing Dental Drama and vulnerably share her struggles as a practice owner in hopes that she encourages colleagues across the world.
