Branding in Dentistry – What it Takes to Stand Out
What does branding have to do with dentistry? In this episode, Bethany makes it clear that branding has EVERYTHING to do with dentistry. She starts by defining “brand” and by discussing several popular non-dental brands. Then, she challenges readers to either build a brand if they haven’t or re-evaluate their brand if it’s been around for a couple of years or more. Dental brands are built upon the core DNA of the practice owner, the associate, and all of the employees. A brand can either set you apart if managed well, or it can tank your ship if not managed well. Bethany challenges each listener to evaluate their brand, rate themselves on the delivery of that brand, and then create a short, memorable motto that keeps everyone on the team focused on the delivery of the brand.
