Empowering youth to self-manage mental, emotional and physical wellbeing with the simple and evidence-based mindfulness tools of breathing, moving and journaling. In Season 5, Detective MindDee and the Ace Academy, 5th grade Curiosity Crew (Mikaela, Minh, Madeline, and Mateo) set out to solve mindfulness mysteries involving lost confidence, building resilience, managing fear, and so much more. Breathing mindfully, inhaling and exhaling with focus on the breath, is shown by researchers to decrease stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, increase feelings of happiness and wellbeing, and reduce feelings of depression among many additional benefits.
