Your soothing voice, breathing prompts, and the wonderful content itself is so soothing that, before I know it, I’ve drifted back to sleep. And the fact that your voice tone/volume/pace stays the same from the ending of one to the beginning of the next keeps me asleep too. Not many sleep podcasts pay attention to that.
