Thank you and have a God night’s sleep!

Welcome, dear friends to another episode of a God night's sleep.

It's truly heartwarming to reconnect with you all. I extend my deepest gratitude for your patience in waiting for a new episode upload. I've been undergoing a period of recovery following a surgery, an experience that has profoundly inspired tonight's theme.

As I navigate my own journey of healing, I am reminded of the challenges many of us face – not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. To those who find themselves grappling with illness, heartache, or uncertainty, know that you're not alone.  please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. May you find solace and strength in the midst of your struggles, and may this episode serve as a source of comfort and rejuvenation for your weary soul.

Find a comfortable position, whether it's lying down in bed or sitting in a cozy chair. Close your eyes gently, and take a deep breath in... and exhale slowly. Let go of the tension in your body, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each breath.

[Pause for a moment]

Host: As we begin our journey towards healing, let's bring our attention to the present moment. Feel the weight of your body on the surface beneath you. Notice any sensations – the rise and fall of your chest with each breath, the gentle beating of your heart, the subtle warmth flowing through your limbs.

Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs, and exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension you may be holding onto. Let's do this a few more times, allowing each breath to deepen your state of relaxation.

[Pause]

Now, envision yourself surrounded by a soft, warm light – a light filled with love, compassion, and healing energy. With each inhale, imagine this light entering your body, filling every cell with its soothing presence. And with each exhale, release any tension, any pain, any lingering worries that you may be holding onto.

Now, close your eyes and imagine yourself standing in a vast, ancient forest. The air is cool and refreshing, and the scent of pine and earth fills your senses. With each step you take, you feel a sense of grounding and connection to the earth beneath your feet.

As you continue through the forest, you come upon a winding path, dappled with sunlight filtering through the canopy above. Follow this path deeper into the heart of the forest, feeling a sense of peace and serenity enveloping you with every step.

Along the way, you encounter a gentle stream meandering through the trees, its crystal-clear waters sparkling in the sunlight. Sit down beside the stream and dip your hands into the cool water, feeling its cleansing energy wash over you.

As you sit by the stream, you notice a small, secluded clearing nearby. Stand up and make your way toward this clearing, feeling a sense of anticipation building within you.

When you reach the clearing, you find yourself surrounded by towering trees, their branches reaching up toward the sky like outstretched arms. In the center of the clearing stands a majestic oak tree, its branches swaying gently in the breeze.

Approach the oak tree and place your hand upon its rough, weathered bark. Feel the strength and resilience of the tree beneath your fingertips, drawing upon its ancient wisdom and power.

With a deep breath, close your eyes and visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet, sinking deep into the earth below. Feel yourself connecting with the energy of the earth, drawing upon its healing power to nourish and replenish your body, mind, and spirit. <7:45>

As you stand beneath the oak tree, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the forest, know that you are held and supported by the natural world around you. Allow yourself to surrender to the healing energy of this sacred place, knowing that you are safe, loved, and deeply cherished.

[Pause for a moment of silent reflection]

When you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and take in the beauty of the forest surrounding you. Carry the sense of peace and tranquility you have found here with you as you return to the present moment, knowing that you can always return to this place of healing whenever you need to find solace and renewal.

[Pause]

Host: Let's turn to the scriptures now for words of comfort and guidance. In Psalm 147:3, we find comfort in these words: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Take a moment to reflect on this promise – the promise of divine healing, of restoration, of renewal.
