Short breathwork practice

This episode contains two breathwork techniques. These simple techniques can be used prior to starting a meditation or throughout the day whenever you need to release stress or become more energetic or just create your own moment of serenity. 
The first is a short tensing and releasing,  This may make you feel energized without stress. The second technique is a deep breathing exercise to help you settle into your breath, Intentional deep inhalations and exhalations. Both of these breathing exercises are a technique learned from the self realization center ( a spiritual mindfulness center).
