The Ski Moms' Happiness survey offers a unique data set for the ski industry. The Ski Moms' surveyed 1,000 women to find out what is standing between them and their ski mom dreams. In an effort to break down barriers and make skiing more inclusive, we following up the survey with a number of long format interviews. This podcast is part of that effort. You'll meet Mary Nitsche, Erica Cullman and Katie Bryant to hear from them about their ski mom WINS and FAILS.
