Nicole manages snow-specific social media platforms @theskimoms on Instagram and Facebook. She is the creator of the private Ski Moms facebook group has 14,000+ members and is the largest group on social media for moms who ski and ride. 


Though she came to skiing later in life, she’s embraced the winter sport lifestyle and last year scored 101 days on snow and holds not one, but three season passes at both Nordic and alpine ski areas.

Kaylin Richardson

Kaylin competed in the 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympics and is a four-time National Alpine Champion. After retiring from the World Cup, Kaylin carved a niche for herself in the big-mountain ski scene. She won the Freeskiing World Tour’s North American Championship in 2012 and has appeared in many Warren Miller films. Kaylin’s passion is sharing her love of skiing by guiding skiers around Deer Valley and elevating their ability along the way. Seeing the spark of recognition and excitement in someone’s eyes, whether they're on the bunny slope or tackling a double black diamond, never fails to thrill her!

Tracy Meier


Chief Programming and Education Officer

Tracy Meier has dedicated over 22 years to the adaptive recreation industry. After graduating from East Carolina University, she began her career as an intern at the National Ability Center. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Tracy has held various roles at the NAC, where she is passionate about helping people enjoy the lifelong benefits of recreation and achieve their personal goals. Advocacy, empowerment, inclusion, and a focus on abilities have been the cornerstones of her career.

Tracy is also a certified therapeutic riding instructor, a PSIA adaptive level 3 ski instructor, and an examiner for Intermountain. She developed an exchange training program to establish an Adaptive Ski program with instructors in South Korea.

Tracy met her husband Monte, a five-time Paralympian, during the 2002 games. They currently reside in Midway, Utah, with three active children and a loving dog.
