As an organization, we decided that standing on the sidelines waiting for change simply wasn't an option. The Ski Moms are trying to remove the friction points that keep more families from the slopes. We've built a huge, supportive online community of women helping women to get out and play. The Ski Moms' Happiness survey offers a unique data set for the ski industry. The Ski Moms' surveyed 1,000 women to find out what is standing between them and their ski mom dreams. In an effort to break down barriers and make skiing more inclusive, we followed up the survey with a number of long format interviews that we are sharing here..
