He has spent over 20 years working in digital product design, before moving into personal development where he works with people in the digital industries.

An Alumni of internationally renowned UX pioneers Clearleft, and the UK Government Digital Service, Andy's work as a practitioner has won multiple awards.

Andy Founded the UX Coach podcast as a way to get the voices of people in the industry to share their experiences of personal development and what it means to have a career in UX, Design, Research and digital products.
