Michelle first language is sarcasm with a side of humor.  If she is picking on you, she loves you.  Being Todd's wife and Logan, Tate and Kendalls mom is her greatest accomplishment in life.  Her favorite thing is laughing, traveling, floating the pool with a cocktail or lounging with her pups and hubs.  Michelle has been the Operations Manager and stager with Mallett Integrity Team for almost 7 years.  Michelle is also a staff officer in the Coast Guard Auxiliary and a founding member of Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals.

Michelle is a 6th generation Texan and has resided here in Dripping Springs for almost 17 years.  If you want to know the real truth or the whats what, come sit next to her.  You may get your feelings hurt, but you'll always know where she stands in truth. 

Steve brings a love of Dripping Springs and it's history to the podcast.  He'll keep the podcast rolling along and really enjoys bringing the best out of the guests.  He's lived in Dripping Springs since 2003. 
Steve founded Mallett Integrity Team in 2007 after receiving his Real Estate license in 2004.  Steve is an avid triathlete and ultra-marathon runner and has completed several 50 miles and 50K runs.  As the founder of the Mallett Integrity Team, he has built his business from the ground up.  Steve’s team has received numerous awards including the Top Listing Group for KW and the Cultural  Ambassador for involvement in KW and the community. Steve is the President of the Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals, a group he helped found in 2017. The group focuses on helping clients choose reputable, knowledgeable and professional brokers and agents in the Dripping Springs area.
