Growing up, mental health, wellness, and self-exploration. No one said being a teenager was going to be easy. As Sienna goes through her own ups and downs in life, she hopes that sharing these experiences and what she has learned can help other teenagers and young adults. In creating this podcast Sienna's goal is to make a safe space that encourages personal growth. By exploring the many difficult topics that teenagers face, but are not talked about enough, Sienna aims to show that you are not alone in your struggles.
