In this episode, I chat about how powerful it is to start setting a morning routine, make it tailored to your goals, and why that time of day is more powerful than any other point in the day.

I also chat about things that affect our morning rhythm- anything from a lack of sunshine, waking up too abruptly, not prioritizing sleep, and nervous system regulation aspect of getting into a mode to create new pathways in the brain and out of survival.

I also mention the possible addiction to stress hormones as discussed on this podcast episode here.
