Rob Couch is Lead Pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Mobile, Alabama. He earned his M.Div. from Emory University and his D. Min. from Asbury Seminary. 

Rob has served  four congregations of varying sizes: Beulah UMC, a small membership church, Saraland  medium sized church, First UMC Prattville a large membership church and Christ United (both as associate and lead pastor) a very large membership church. He is passionate about bringing healthy, adaptive leadership to congregations of every size.

Rob is married to Crystal and they have three amazing kids: David (in college), Ethan (in High School), and Ella (in Middle School).
