Marium Hanif

I am employed as a Physician Associate (PA) in Primary Care within East London. My PA training was successfully completed at Sheffield Hallam University in 2020. Prior to this, I acquired clinical experience through my undergraduate BSc studies in Radiotherapy and Oncology.

As a PA Ambassador I provide support to fellow PAs in primary care through strategic leadership and the coordination of continuing professional development (CPD) activities aimed at enhancing the PA workforce. These include monthly educational sessions and webinars.  I also collaborate with various stakeholders such as Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Integrated Care Boards (ICB), and primary care organizations including GP practices, Training Hubs, and Federations.

I am excited to be part of the PCUK Podcast team to raise awareness about the PA role and to promote the effective utilisation of our unique skillset in delivering excellent patient care.
