The Zen of Bodybuilding
A podcast that focuses on the interpersonal growth aspect of competitive bodybuilding preparation hosted by OCB executive officer Sean "Sully" Sullivan. The podcast will cover some aspects of the OCB and then center around interviews with competitors, coaches and promoters throughout the industry. The topics will center on how the lessons learned from competitive competition have enhanced and improved live in other areas, build lasting friendships and improved health and resiliency. There will also be a segment on the history of bodybuilding and each episode ends with a Q&A session from the field.
