Melissa Anderson; Campus Engagement/Research Services Librarian

Melissa Anderson (she/her) manages the research and tutoring services, instruction program, and outreach efforts at Southern Oregon University’s Hannon Library. She is currently co-chair of RUSA’s Research Help in Academic Libraries committee and has served on the ACRL Instruction Section’s Information Literacy in the Disciplines committee for two terms. Her research and publications focus mainly on the teaching and learning of information literacy skills, particularly for first-year, first generation, and underrepresented students.
