It’s so easy to set intentions for the year and feel like this will be “your year!” and you’re going to make all of these lifestyle changes and be a totally different person at the end of this year. While I don’t subscribe to huge lifestyle overhauls and trying to completely change who you are as a human, I absolutely love small actions to improve the person you are, and the life you have.
