The GET ROOTED podcast is a series for Beauty Professionals and fans of the beauty industry that is centred around personal growth, deep conversations and becoming more grounded. It's produced by Stephanie Russell-Jacobs, a Hairstylist, Global Facilitator and, most recently, a Psychological Safety Leader and Coach and was inspired by the conversations she's had with hundreds of people. She recognized how much we all have in common and that there's so much to learn from each other, from our struggles to our triumphs and everything between.
